In this role, you will be the primary voice on the phone, assisting automotive clients, repair shops, and car owners with their part orders, technical inquiries, and account needs.
What You’ll Do:
Client Assistance: Answer inbound calls from automotive clients and repair shops to help them identify, order, and track the exact car parts they need.
Order & Inventory Support: Process telephone orders accurately using our internal parts database, check stock availability, and coordinate fast fulfillment.
Problem Solving: Resolve customer inquiries regarding part compatibility, order status, returns, and delivery updates with care and professionalism.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong, trusted relationships with repeat commercial clients and first-time callers alike through helpful, knowledgeable service.
What We’re Looking For:
Phone Communication: Strong, friendly verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
Auto Knowledge (Preferred): Prior experience in auto parts sales, mechanics, collision body parts, or a general passion for automotive mechanics is a strong plus.
Customer-First Attitude: Problem-solving mindset with patience and a commitment to helping clients get back on the road quickly.
Tech-Savvy: Basic computer proficiency for searching parts catalogs, entering orders, and tracking shipments.

The basic function of the Customer Service Representative is to manage the customer orders from receipt to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative will communicate with multiple departments and coordinate with vendors to fulfill orders quickly and efficiently. Current procedures for the position include order processing, order confirmations, replacements, RGA’s, shipping & receiving, manufacturer and customer contact.
